Bungalow directly by the sea

Inside the campsite there are 3 types of bungalow which can accommodate 4-5 people.
Located directly on the confine between the campsite and the beach they are arranged in 2/3 rows offering access to the sea without having to cross any campsite or public roads for a very, very relaxing and low-key vacation...

The bungalow are equipped with all the comforts such as air conditioning, TV, a private parking space, 2 separate bedrooms, a fully equipped kitchenette (pots, pans, dishes etc…) with a small stove and a 140lt refrigerator, a living room, a bathroom with a shower and sink (no bidet) and another smaller half bath, as well as a veranda with a table and benches. A little private fenced garden and Wifi for free.
They also come with bed linens that are changed every Saturday for free, for stays of at least 14 nights (except in A and B season, as indicated on the "General conditions Bungalow" at the voice "The price includes"). Towels are not included but they may be rented. Cradles or camp beds may be placed in the living room area but not in the bedrooms. Final cleaning is included only if the bungalow is left tidy at the end of the stay.

Dogs are always allowed in the bungalow without any size or race discriminations but cats are not since they may provoke allergies. According to the Tuscan regional law from October 2009, dogs are permitted in all public areas on the leash, included free beaches, if not indicated otherwise. Therefore it is possible to take your dog with you on the free beach, directly in front of the campsite and they can also have a bath in the sea, on the leash, in a limiteded area right in front of our campsite selected by the Municipality of Scarlino. At Baia dei Gabbiani, our 2 and 4 footed guests will enjoy a pleasant holiday together...
Free entertainment for adults and children from the last week of June to the end of August.

Extra supplementary paid services:
- rental of beach umbrellas and sunbeds (it is not a bathing establishment).
- half or full board at your choise between our seaside restaurant “Le Baccanti” (breakfast available) offering specialities of fish and maremma typical dishes.
Our 4-footed friends are very welcome and you can ask for a Dog’s Menu, also takeaway.
- rental of bathroom towels.
- change of bed linen (included on Saturdays for stays of at least 14 nights.)- midweek bungalow cleaning.

Other free services:
-Three fenced gardens, two of them between the beach and the bungalow area and one close to the head office; here dogs can run and play without the leash!
- A small vegetable garden: all lovers of fine cuisine may pick various herbs directly from the plant such as: sage, rosemary, thyme, laurel, marjoram, chive, mint, white mint etc...they may also water them and take care of them!!!
- Small library: get a tan while you're reading!!! At the Bar area you will find many kinds of books for your relaxing moments…
- Cold shower by the entrance to the beach next to the bungalow area, to remove the sand and salt from the skin. At the shower it is not allowed to use any kind of soap.
- open room in the camping area with barrel with drinking water to remove sand and salt from our dogs.
